From steel re-rolling to a diversified industrial group, our story is rooted in Bangladesh’s development.
OUR STORY
Ratanpur Group commenced operations in 1984 with Ratanpur Steel Re-Rolling Mills Ltd. to address Bangladesh’s growing demand for high-tensile deformed steel bars. Population growth and urban development called for resilient reinforcement in public infrastructure and private construction.
Building on this foundation, the Group expanded into jute spinning, ship recycling, ocean freight, real estate, and agricultural production.
Group operations began.
RSRM incorporated on April 22.
